Owner's Background
I was born and raised in Beaver County, attended Black Hawk High School, and grew up in Patterson Heights. Over the years, I have operated several property services companies across the United States. After being away from the valley for a number of years, I decided to move my family back to raise our youngest daughter. I believe in the values that a small town offers when raising children—a sense of community and security that is hard to find in larger cities and coastal areas like Florida.
I've been in the construction industry my entire life, starting at the age of 15 and continuing into my 50s. This lifelong passion for electrical work has kept me motivated and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Decades of Field Experience Across the Region
My electrical career began immediately after high school and has taken me throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. I've worked on diverse commercial and residential projects that showcase the breadth of my expertise. From national retail chains to industrial facilities, I've handled complex wiring and installation projects that required precision and professionalism.
Commercial work has been a cornerstone of my experience. I've wired multiple Blockbuster Video locations, General Nutrition Centers, Nutrition Club facilities, and the Zerlionople Beer Distributor. Industrial projects include comprehensive preventive maintenance programs at the Ambridge Industrial Center and other manufacturing facilities. These projects sharpened my technical skills and taught me the importance of reliability and attention to detail on large-scale operations.
On the residential side, I've completed hundreds of homes across Beaver, Lawrence, Allegheny, and Washington counties, extending as far as Donegal. Whether roughing in new construction or finishing off complete installations, I've built a reputation for quality workmanship. This extensive regional experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of different building codes, construction practices, and customer expectations across multiple markets.
Business Leadership and Growth
After establishing a strong foundation in electrical work, I expanded into property services management. For the past decade, I owned and operated a comprehensive Property Services company in Florida that managed over 300 properties annually for real estate investors and investment groups. This business served the full spectrum of property types—single-family homes, duplexes, multi-unit apartments, and commercial properties—with a focus on investor needs including REO services, make-ready programs, and strategic property location consulting.
The company grew to 8 employees and processed over 200 work orders monthly, providing integrated services from electrical and plumbing to flooring, tile, and kitchen and bathroom renovations. Managing a multi-disciplinary operation taught me operational efficiency, team leadership, and how to scale a service-based business while maintaining quality standards. This entrepreneurial experience, combined with my hands-on electrical expertise, uniquely positions me to deliver both technical excellence and professional business practices to every customer.
